Anyone have success stories using a 203k streamline to restore a house?
Maybe before and after pictures..and total actual costs as opposed to the estimates.

I don't have pictures to share but I can say this program can be really great for the right property. It is the only rehab loan with great rates and very little down. The challenge is finding the right property.
Check out my blog at http://activerain.com/blogsview/472093/Don-t-Lose-a for more specific information about this loan program! What kind of project are you looking for? Do you have something more specific you want to know? Tue May 13 2008, 22:38 Web Reference: http://activerain.com/blogsview/472093/Don-t-Lose-a

I don't have any success stories concerning a 203K but I do for a Streamline K. The latter is easier to get, doesn't involve inspections and, if you are qualified, you can do some of the work yourself. Google Streamline K.
