Anyone have ideas why there are so many short-sales in Provo as compared to, say Albuquerque, NM?
According to OFHEO HPI data, the two are comparable in terms of drop since the peak in 2007.

Great question.....my guess is people trying to keep up with the Jones's buying more home than they could afford.
