Does anyone know what is the maintenance cost for one bedroom appartment in this building?
There are actually 3 units currently available in this building, all of which I have already viewed in person. There is one unit being shown by Robert E Hill and is not available on the MLS. I posted in search of any real life experiences regarding this property. Thank you.
