I've been inside this home. It's interesting - it was set up as a group home with wheelchair access so it has several "commercial/industrial" features throughout such as large fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and a commercial style door to the basement. It has been vacant for about 6 months. The basement has a very industrial feel but it wouldn't take too much to provide a more homey atmosphere. There are two full bathrooms directly next to each other in the basement hallway (an unusual layout!). The home does have a large kitchen that leads directly to a sunroom and deck which overlooks a nice back yard. There are hardwoods throughout most of the first floor except for the kitchen and one bedroom. It would be a great home for the right buyer who is interested (and able to) make some changes/updates. It does require flood insurance as the other agents mentioned. Please contact me if you'd like more information.

This 5 BR, 3 BA house is listed at $210,000. The MLS sheet states that there was a recent appraisal of $229,000. It is priced below the current tax value of $263,055. It also states that it would require flood insurance.

If I can help you with any further information or would like to see this home, please contact me for a showing.

All the best,

Becky
