My husband and I are selling our one bedroom co-op in the Alley Pond sub-division in Bayside, Queens. It's a semi-corner unit with a little over 700 square feet. The maintenance fee is low ($558), it's well-maintained and quite close to the express buses to Midtown and Downtown, as well as, the LIRR train station. Even though you would have to go through board approval, it's not a scary process. We did it! Most of all though, it's PET FRIENDLY! Our division has tons of grassy areas where the buildings are located-it's not all pavement and concrete. Plus, Alley Pond Park borders our division so you can walk in the park as well.
