With regard to furnished townhouse rentals in the Princeton area, there are two that come to mind. Churchill Corporate Relocation and Avalon Run in Lawrenceville. Other than those two, I would have to search the mls to find a landlord who has furnished townhouses for rent.

Hello Jill, as you can tell several real estate agents are willing to help you find a rental but I didn't see anyone answer your question about furnished townhouses so here it goes... There are NOT many homes that rent furnished in the area and those that are are usually temporary short term 1-4 month rentals. Dogs are VERY HARD in this area for some reason but many agents have a short list of home owners who would accept a renter with a pet. Dogs are easier than cats generally. I hope this answered your question and if you are looking for an agent... I'd like to toss my card in that hat. I think it's important to interview 2-5 agents so you know you are choosing smartly since about 87% of the agents in NJ are just part time and according to RISMedia New Jersey has over 60,000 licensed agents. Do the math... more than 40,000 part time agents.
