Any other options for Down Payment assistance? I was quoted 6.5% interest with the Florida First. Thats high.
Any other workarounds to get a 200k house for around 1k to 1.2k a month

FIRST ANSWER
There are other programs available depending on what you can qualify for. For example Tallahassee Lenders Consortium offers $10k in down payment assistance and with a lower interest rate. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email and we can discuss first time home buying programs.
