Hi Michelle, The KB homes are all very nice. If you want to make sure you get a "good buy" you should first get yourself a good Realtor. The service of the Realtor is at no cost to you (the builder pays) and the value of having one would be worth it even if you were paying. They will be able to negotiate the transaction and get you a good price and any perks you can get. (window coverings, carpet and tile upgrades) Interview 3 Realtors and pick the one you feel most comfortable with.....I hope this was helpful....Good luck and Happy house hunting......Dawn
