There are mobile home parks in Green Valley that have smaller models and you pay rent. There is also Pueblo Estates where you actually own the lot, they have a Rec Center. Most of these are doublewides. There is also just North of Green Valley in Sahuarita Rancho Resort. Some are site built homes but it started out as manufactures homes. Also in Green Valley we have townhomes, freestanding homes, condos. All price ranges, just depends on what you are looking for. If I can help you just let me know.
