I have no experience with HWA, but have always used AHS. While their rates have increased from $55 to $95 p/visit to repair/replace I have had little complaints. In fact, having recently put my own house on the market, I contacted ASH about a defective garage door opener. The repairman not only came out 2x, but replaced the entire mechanism for the flat fee of $95 where Sears wanted over $100 to just come out and take a look!

I like HWA. Sellers are covered during the listing period & Buyers are covered for 13 months after title transfer. In addition, our HWA Rep is very responsive.

I like HWA as it has the $400 one time roof coverage. I have not found any others to have ANY roof coverage at all.
