No homes actually on Lake Roosevelt. At the South end of the lake, there is a sub division called Quail Run - a few homes may have views of the lake. Majority of the homes available for sale are at the north end of the lake-approx. 8 miles distance, in the center and in the area of Tonto Basin.

Roosevelt Lake Az is surrounded by Tonto National Forest. We have homes on private land within
a few minutes of the boat ramps. A few have views of the lake in QUAIL Run subdivision.
Gila County has approx 3 % privately owned land the rest being National Forest (public) land or
reservation.
