I am looking for at least 4,500 sqft. I have aged parents and would love for them to still have some privacy while having them live with me. I am not wanting to spend over 450k. Is Spring and specifically Champion still considered safe (low crime) and a good return on investment. I have read mixed postings...

I have a gorgeous custom home that is 5200 square feet, with a master bedroom on the bottom floor and 4 additional bedrooms (one that is huge) upstairs. I am in a wonderful neighborhood on Louetta. I am willing to sell for 380K.
