In addition to any that are already listed as a "lease-option," look for others that aren't posted that way. Check my past posts on various techniques. In brief:
Properties listed for rent. Some of the owners wanted to sell but couldn't. Others thought they'd be unable to sell.
Expired listings. They wanted to sell; you give them their wish, just lease first.
Properties listed for sale; you offer to lease prior to purchasing.
Properties that aren't listed at all; you make an offer.
Lots, lots more ways as well. Don't just rely on properties already listed as "lease-options."
Hope that helps.
