Paul's got a good point. If you like boating and being near Lake Toho, Bellalago's a great place, BUT the Isles of Bellalago are a completly different story. I've never heard a good word about them. The Isles should be avoided. They are Avatar's mistake.

Both community's property values have taken a beating due to the market decline. BUT...they are starting to stabilize. Good opportunity fro buyers to get in at a much more reasonable price.
