Any experience/information about NHSOC?
Has anyone dealt with Neighborhood Housing Services or Orange County? A friend mentioned this company and I'm planning to talk to them but I just wanted to get someones review or more information about what they provide.

FIRST ANSWER
Are you looking for foreclosure help or Home Buyer Education? For a person unfamiliar with real estate, they can be a great, NON BIASED, source for education. They can alert you to scams and push you in the right direction. IMO, working with a great agent can do the same, but if you are skeptical of agents, this can be a great place to start. I have personally had a hard time getting in touch with them.
