Any condo owners/contract holders advice on sponsor's tax abatement application delays and RE tax results?
A sponsor application for tax abatement is in the pipeline, but no approval upon closing. This results in the condo purchaser being responsible for non-abatement RE taxes until approval comes in (50-50 chance of approval). In this case, a HUGE 34x higher difference! Recipe for disaster?
