You need to put more than >600K+ to get a large 3 BR unit. Your budget is for 2 BR in CU.

Well I checked for you and I only got one property in Cupertino, but there are 4 in Mountain View, there are 14 in Santa Clara, there are 7 in Sunnyvale, and there are 11 in Campbell that fit your criteria and are available as of this writing. These areas are desireable to live in so you do have some good options. I suggest if you are not familiar with these areas that you drive around them to get a feel for the neighborhood go in a few of the open houses, etc.
