We live in a beautiful, light-filled two-bd condo in Old Irving Park with a full-lot side yard/garden, plus free storage and parking. Although it's a condo, it feels much more like a home due to the yard, and the surrounding neighborhood. The neighborhood is fantastic, and we are only looking to move because of the birth of our second child. We have not listed with anyone yet (I was doing reasearch when I found your query), but would be happy to entertain selling by owner OR with an agent. My Greatgrandfather and his neighbors would help each other out buy building house after house in this area, unitl all family and friends who came over from Vienna Austria were settled.
