Am selling a home in Riverside, CA. Had the garage conveted into an office years ago. New door or carport better?

You did not mention if you pulled permits for this garage conversion. This may actually lower your selling price if you did not.

Try to sell it in "as-is" condition. Right now in many areas, it's "seller's market. "

Most buyers want, and need a garage. If there is enough room for the office and a car, that would be nice, if not I would covert it back to a traditional garage.

What is the question new garage door or carport? Most home owners want a garage. Was this conversion permitted ? A garage will give the home more value.

A full garage with door will always bring more value than an open carport.
