Your best option is t o contact a local agent who can locate such properties through the MLS. Trulia does not list rentals.
FIRST ANSWER
Anything like that available is not going to be available very long. I have a house coming up in 10+ days that could be a rent to own, but can't wait too long to re-rent. What location are you looking for and what size house?
