Homescenes.com is great; however, it is not a complete list of homes for sale. Homescenes.com is a virtual tour company that not every agent uses. Homescenes.com does not feed from our listing service. Realtor.com does feed from our listing service. There are websites for new construction also that builders can advertise on...not all builders do. A Realtor has a complete list of all properties available for sale within the listing service and by builders.

Queen...we all can set you up for your very own website portal where you can save your favorites, your possibilities, and delete those you do not like. We have the ability to show you resales, new homes, and homes that are for sale by owner.
I would suggest that you set up interviews/ consultations so that you can determine who you feel will best represent you based on how they answer your questions, how they educate you, and how well your personalities blend. Purchasing a home is a big deal... it is the largest purchase for most. You will be working closely with your Realtor so it is important that you like them in addiition to them doing a great job for you. I am sure that every agent below is a fabulous agent including myself. You already know that the agents on Trulia like to educate and help consumers because we are taking the time to answer consumers questions with no compensation. You will not know work styles or personalities until you take the step to consult. Real estate in Georgia is much different than in New York. Thu Jan 31 2008, 04:24

Queen –
I would be happy to represent you in finding & negotiating your new home in Atlanta. You can start you’re here: http://johnreinhardt.atlantarealestate.net/listing/ListingSe or on my website: http://Infrontmarketing.com I can also send you a little worksheet that was designed by me to help narrow down the possibilities even more. Once the criteria has been received by me I will set you up with your very own website portal that will tell you when ant new homes come to market. It will also notify you if there are any price changes/reductions. This website service is offered free to you & will let you check homes you like while deleting the ones you do not. It will also allow you to write notes to me. Furthermore, I would be more then happy to give you referrals for local lenders in Atlanta. Hey Queen,
You can definitely find a home that meets your search criteria and at that price, but what are your location preferences? Have you already started to research a reliable buyer's agent that you would want to represent you? Fabiola Fleuranvil Re/Max Marketplace Wed Jan 30 2008, 17:53

Queen,
Most of my clients are from NY and NJ. They tell me that Realtors there just show you homes and the attorneys come in and do the rest. In Georgia, a Realtor's job really isn't to help you find a home, it's to get you the best deal and help you navigate the closing as an attorney would in NY. I'd take your criteria straight to a great Realtor (I'd vote for myself of course) as there are many here. Wed Jan 30 2008, 17:41 Web Reference: http://www.gahomedigest.com

Queen... what you really need is a buyers agent to help you. You only need one agent that you feel comfortable with... we all have access to the same properties. An agent can send you personalized searches based on your criteria and location.
There are homes all across Atlanta that meet your criteria... hundreds of homes. You have to pinpoint an area and then utilize and agent to send you the properties and show you the properties when you are in town. Wed Jan 30 2008, 17:36
