Will there be more homes comming on the market in the next few months that arent small over priced money pits? I would hate to get stuck with one of these current choices.Im starting to worry.

It takes a bit of work, but you can find great inexpensive houses in Warwick. We bought in warwick at the peak of the market for a little over that price range. I know the feeling though, when we first started looking (and that was our price range) we thought we would NEVER find anything. Everything was falling apart or needed so much work. We stumbled upon our current home on accident and we were so glad we did. It was in move-in condition with a huge yard. We love love love our house... sad to know we'll have to sell it soon but if i could I would keep it forever.
There are many great homes priced under $200k right now, especially in Warwick. Keep looking and don't get discouraged.
Bee, it is forecasted that the next foreclosure wave is about to hit, and these foreclosures are not the sub-prime mortgages that we saw collapse previously. The next wave are foreclosures that were very good loans, people who were qualified, and mortgages that were well within their affordable range. The problem though is that a lot of these people are unemployed now and simply can not afford their homes anymore. So the answer to your question is yes, there will be plenty of great homes, especially in the 200k price range to choose from now AND in the near future.
