Thank you for previous answer. We decided to concentrate more on ahwatukee area.What is the average price/sq ft right now for a hillside home.Is $200/sq ft sounds reasonable? Where is the best street or area to look for? We are looking for something up to $ 650000. Some people told me to be careful with homes closed to pecos highway because of possible highway constructio in the future. Thanks again for advice.
Hillside homes are selling for $203/sf. Anything close to Preserve is prime, and will always be desireable. Homes close to Pecos are still selling but I'd agree with the advice you were given. I can send you some MLS listings and a list of what has sold for comparison if you are interested.

I'm not familiar with Ahwatukee but thought that the link below might be helpful to you. It lists all homes currently for sale on Trulia in that area and around your price range. Perhaps you can narrow down some areas from this list.
