Agents: Have you had any luck with the City of Hialeah issuing the re-occupancy certificate

on a single family with an efficiency? I know instances where they tell you to take out the cabinets, if any, then they issue the cert. Any recent closings in this situation?

FIRST ANSWER

We just received approval. You must contact the city at (305) 883-5825. They have limited hours they will inspect the property. If there are any violations, they must be cured before they will issue. Usual violations they are most concerned with are illegal rooms.
