Do you really want another agents opinion? Seems you prefer to contradict everyone who shares their opinion. I'd be happy to share mine, but since it's your post...I'm afraid to. You can find negative and positive articles about the real estate market everywhere you look. You seem to choose to focus on the negative. I'm willing to share the numbers with you if I know you are seriously interested in hearing them.. Let me know! I prefer to focus on the positive! It's a better, more healthy way to live :)
