It looks great. But how much to join the golf club and what are the monthly HOA fees?

You making a great decision. I see you live in Boca and I grew up there moving to Jupiter in 1997.
It is an incredible place. You'll love it. It is Boca 20 years ago. Admirals' is beautiful and is comparable to Royal Palm Yacht in Boca. You may want to look at Jonathan's Landing also. Not quite Admiral's but a pretty nice place to live. My other golfing friends like the Loxahatchee Club or Jupiter Hills.
Check out my websites for all the properties for sale here in Jupiter. http://www.Jupiter1Realty.com
Thanks

Hi - If I can add to Tom''s great response - the HOA fees in Admirals vary so it will depend on the property - there are three properties I've shown in there recently and one was $1325/qtr, one was $1,800 qtr and the last was $3,250/qtr. It is a world class community but of course we have several other compelling options in the Jupiter area as well if Admirals does not meet your needs. Feel free to contact me as well @ sallyoutlaw@gmail.com should you desire any further information.

KJ glad to see you looking for the right opportunity in Jupiter, in my humble opinion, one of the top areas in Florida to call home. Admiral's Cove is certainly one to contemplate for the active golfer who loves to boat in their spare time, or vice-versa. The club historically ranks in the top few percent of all private clubs throughout the United States. The golf component consists of the 18 hole East Course designed by Robert von Hagge which plays 6,827 yards from the tips with a rating of 74.1 and a slope of 145 and the Golf Village Course which includes three different 9 hole Championship layouts for a total of 45 holes.

The Marina is located on the Intracoastal Waterway and is a world class facility as our the club's tennis and spa and dining options. Heck, this place even has 31 room's at The Inn for your guests who would prefer a room of their own.

Full Equity Memberships currently run in the $150,000 neighborhood and there are nuerous properties currently available ranging in price from approximately $449,000 for a 2,460 livable square foot condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to $12,400,000 for an iincredible estate on the Intracoastal boasting over 14,000 total square feet of breathtaking finishes.

If you would like any additional information on Admiral's Cove or any of the other private club opportunities in the area, please feel free to contact me at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com and I would be happy to be of service.
