Active Adult community, or a low maintenance/ranch style with proximity to Duke?
I'm searching for a low maintenance community with ranch style homes, perhaps Active Adult ,where someone can easily drive to Duke in about 20 min or less. The idea of an active clubhouse with community events is interesting, but the development does not have to be Active Adult or age restricted. Thanks!

Chapelwood and Culp Arbor in Durham County by Chapel Hill.
The Del Webb development at Amberly might be within 20 minutes...not sure.
