About Home Values in Peoria
In Peoria there is a community called Vistancia (a Trilogy development). Do you think the home values will stay steady, go down or increase over the next year? Is it a good time to relocate to the Phoenix/Peoria area? We are looking at a new home model called the Montis (1658 Sq. Ft.) and we can purchase it for $235,000. Is this a good price?
