You can contact any agent in your market and ask them to verify it for you.

post the address and we will give you the full scoop otherwise assume its either under agreement or been pulled from the market. Just keep checking: territory.com to see if it reappears.

Good luck!

Joanne,

It is somewhat common for homeowners to take properties off the market for the winter. If you have a buyer's agent, (s)he may be able to contact the owner to find out if it is still possible to show the house and/or when/if it will be back on the market. If you are not working with a buyer's agent, I'd suggest you ask friends/colleagues for referrals to a good agent who will have your best interest in mind.

Good luck.

I am a local agent and my team does a lot of work in the Somerset area. If you would provide the address we would be able to give you some additional info. Also, we could setup a search so if the house does come back on the market, you would automatically get an email alert letting you know. Feel free to message me through this web site.

Contact a local agent. They would be able to help you with all of that information very easily and quickly.

Any local agent/realty office can give you an actual status update, they all have access to the same information; therefore consider a call...
