Hi Ab, Hard to answer that for a couple reasons. 1. Home values went up dramatically from 06 to 07 and part of 08. Then the values went down as we all know. Probably homes are at 2006 values. Poor condition will depend on several things. So as Jacqeline indicates, without seeing the house it would be hard to evaluate. Sorry
