You may be better off paying a little more and actually getting a professional come and evaluate that aspect of the home. Some contractors will come out at no cost and some will charge up to $150 for an opinion in writing. My experience has been that a majority of home inspectors are not experts in that area and therefore these things sometimes get mis diagnosed.
