Duncan's Ridge doesn't have any community amenities, but it is a beautiful neighborhood. I guess the only thing that bothers me about it is that when they first broke ground on this community the lots were all at least an acre in size, minimum. Now today is another story, they have brought in builders who I consider more "track" and they have chopped down the lot sizes considerably. A lot of the custom builders aren't around like they were when this community first started and given the market I understand the situation. It's just that this community isn't going to be as originally planned, especially once they start building more, you'll have a real nice custom area with big lots and then a lot of little lots with nice, but not quite custom homes. It's not nearly as bad as what happened in High Grove though (yet), that was a real bummer!
Great area, beautiful neighborhood (the first part), but I'd beware of what the future holds here. There was also a few recent short sales in the neighborhood I believe.... more
