Hello Kevin, in this fast paced fluctuating market, trends and market prices are constantly changing. A site such as this one can only forecast based upon MLS data which is not on the pulse of the market like a professional on the ground. An agent who works specific farms can price a home based on current activity which can differ dramatically from one neighborhood to another determined by how many homes are listed in that area and the demand for those listings. So in short, when wanting to get an accurate current market analysis of your home, a qualified agent is your best bet. Thank you for your question. Brooke Nicholson... more
What exact credit score numbers do you have? Who knows, you still may have a shot. For example, I have been able to give out loan with credit scores as low as 580. So if you are in the range or above you have a better chance. If not, you may want to work on your credit a bit. The simplest way to fix your credit is to pay off your debt and revolving credit balance on time. Either way, I recommend you speak with a lender like myself that would be happy to help. Good Luck! It says the bidding has closed. You can find out what it sold for by asking your Realtor to pull up the details in the MLS Realtor system. Sometimes the "opening bid" on auctions are half of what they ultimately sell for.
Just make sure to get the financial statements of the condo association before finalizing your offer. Some condo associations are in serious financial trouble and although you may pay less than $50k, you may get hit with a "special assessment" of thousands of dollars because of non-paying owners.
Also most condos cannot get a mortgage so you will probably have to pay ALL CASH... just an fyi.
Hope this helps.
