In Sumner County, Hendersonville is the place you should start your home search. We have great schools, wonderful shopping, tasty restaurants, great neighborhoods on the lake and still the small town friendly feel. I am a fulltime Realtor and I would love to show you around my town.
You may be able to find a home or town home in Hendersonville for $750. Gallatin, Goodlettsville and Madison may have better deals. If you are willing to do a long term lease for 2 years and put a larger deposit down, you will have more negotiating power. Now is a great time to buy a home.
