This depends on the current market conditions and if it's a buyer's or seller's market. It also depends on the neighborhood, since Suffolk County is a fairly large County. Hi Lillian! There are many great websites out there that can help you assess local school districts. I suggest checking out www.schooldigger.com. Whenever you find that next home, you can always request a tour of the local school, and ask to sit in on a classroom in session.
