I think you mean 1750 Vernier. Most recent sale for $82000. 2 for sale at $75000 and $85000. Not an easy sale right now.

This was 6 months ago--now it's probably 6K underwater, so re financing is probably not an option. Probably should have waited to get a lower price and a lower interest rate.
