Money is a strong motivator for both the buyer and seller. Everyone is wanting to get the best possible deal for themselves. Remember these old sayings, "if it looks too good to be true it usually is", and "You get what you pay for"? Think about this when you are offered a discounted commission rate. When interviewing for a potential broker, keep the one who has a plan to make you and your property a priority,one you are comfortable talking with that listens to your questions and needs, and the one that you feel that you can trust. Trust your instincts!
