Any title company can in theory handle this, what I would be looking for is an experience Escrow Officer to be my point of contact. Nice, quiet community. A lot of full time residents with not to many vacationers. The current board is doing a lot to improve the amenities and save the community money. The pool has been upgraded nicely. The golf course is now private to all community members and is free. It is 15-20 to grocery stores. So be prepared for that. Central water and sewer also. Overall our family has lived here for 7 years and have no major complaints.... more
