Looking for comps. Solar powered homes with land in Butte County.

Want to build a house on 20 acres but PG&E is 50 thousand minimum. Bank wants comps but I am having a hard time finding alternative energy homes. Any ideas?

Well sooner or later we'll be neighbors. I'd love to get your input on solar living, who you used, contractors, etc.

They are pretty rare indeed. There was 1 that sold on Potters Ravine that was off the grid many months ago. There is an REO off the grid for sale now up towards Forbestown but has not sold yet. If you would send me yer email I will forward those to you if you like :)
