You can include any contingencies you want but the bank wants to sell this property as fast as they can so it makes you a less appealing buyer than one who doesn't have such a contingency.... more

So sorry for your frustration. If you'd like to be set up for an auto search of only 3 car and larger garages, I'd be happy to do that for you. The information sent from our local MLS is more accurate. You will get new listings and price changes the same day they happen. I think some search engines are broader so you get the smaller garages included.

I just did a quick check on homes priced between 100,000-200,000 comparing 2005 to 2010. Total units sold were up in 2010, however the median sale price is down 17.6%. The median list price is down 21.1%, $158,500 from $192,250, so that is probably why the increase in units sold in this price range.
