I found this with a Google Search:
Send comments to The Honorable J. Alan Peoples, Mayor of the Town of Tryon, 301 North Trade Street, Tryon, North Carolina 28782.
It is dated June 2007, so I suppose Mr. Peoples is still their mayor. I did find the Town of Tryon Gov't website. It was odd that it referred to a mayor, but did not identify who it is. Looks like a number at the town manger's office is (828)859-6655 .
