Both Sea Girt and Spring Lake are lovely. Both provide access to some of the most beautiful shoreline on the Jersey coast. Sea Girt is smaller than Spring Lake, and is located just to the south over Wreck Pond. Think Spring Lake and images of Victorians, mature trees and a long boardwalk with no vendors. Sea Girt brings up similar images. Both towns sport quaint shops and towns, terrific beach access and pristine sand.

Sea Girt currently has 37 active listings ranging from a low of 489K to a high of over 6M. There are currently 9 SF units currently under contract. YTD sales in Sea Girt as of 10/11/2007 are up 86% this year over last, with the greatest increase shown in the 1M-1.5M price range.

Spring Lake has 70 active listings ranging from a low of 700K to over 11M. There are currently 8 SF units under contract. YTD sales in Spring Lake as of 10/11/2007 are up 43% this year over last, with the greatest increase shown in the 1M-1.5M price range.
