Sorry, you all are wrong. This property is located on the corner of Hillcrest and Dunan Avenues in Perry, Georgia, 31069 in Edgewood Heights subdivisioin. Most GPSs show the property about 3-4 lots down the street, which is wrong, but Hatcher Estates is way off the map for this property. This is a great neighborhood, with most of the homes built in the 50's

Hatcher Estates is located in a very nice subdivision off Lake Joy Road in Warner Robins. It is close to schools, shopping and Robins AFB. If you are interested in just foreclosures, I can provide you with information on foreclosure properties, just contact me.

I don't see any address, but a lot of websites advertising foreclosures have outdated information with old listings. I recommend just looking in the Macon Telegraph to find the address. Another good option with foreclosure homes is HUD Homes. I have some HUD Homes listed on my website.

Estates Way is located in Hatcher Estates. This neighborhood has homes in the price range of 250,000 and up. However, when I clicked on the link, http://www.trulia.com/foreclosure/2003000486--Estates-Way-Wa… . I found that the map showed an entirely different neighborhood. The neighdorhood shown on the map is Autumn Woods and is located about 2 miles from Hatcher Estates.
