we are relocating for employment and do not want to be in a high crime or crowded area. If you can give suggestions of areas that are resonable drive to the 17/92 and Enterprise Rd junction it would help.
Thanks

There are some very nice and quiet areas of Orange City. It also has a brand new Elementary and Middle School. Hopefully the new High School is not too far from completion. I agree that DeBary is another good choice. I have been in this area since I was 5..... grew up here. My Father had a business here for years........ I know the community and areas well. I am a Full time, Local REALTOR. Wether you are looking for your next home or would just like to know more about the area or what there is to do around here......... just contact me.

Lake Helen area, very good place to raise children and low crime rate, and that is minor. I worked in O City and it took me 10 mins to get to Enterprise & 17-92

Breezewood area of Orange City is excellent. The city of Debary has some very nice areas as well. Gated community of Saxon Woods is right there where you want to be and I have a 4 bedroom listed for $225,000 in that sub-division. Let me know what price your trying to stay under and I will send you some photos and addresses of homes. My email address in Cathyjo@cfl.rr.com My website is HomesByCathyjo.com Thanks for the inquiry.
