My group does offer a marketing service for investors on their rental properties and Spring Branch is within our service area. If you would like; you may contact me and go over more specifc information to see if we could be of service to you. My office has already procured one tenant out there for $1350/mo. I am sure that a Realtor from San Antonio or New Br. will be able to help you and list it in the MLS as well as craigslist. There are several of them on this board, you can look them up by member search feature at the top. If you can't find anyone, I'll be happy to locate one for you.
