Little Chicago is located behind McClard's Barbeque area off of Albert Pike Road in Hot Springs. If you are coming from downtown turn left at any road before or immediately after McClard's which is the little Chicago Area. I think the main street through there is W. St. Louis.

"Little Chicago", so named because the composition of many of the residents came from the Chicago area many years ago. The name has stuck. Located close to the airport on the west side of Hot Springs. Also close to numerous shopping, restaurants, Post Office and our fine lake, Lake Hamilton. Come for a visit soon!

Texarkana Texas and Arkansas is near Hot Springs and has had the label of being called Little Chicago.
There are still some that wonder if Texarkana has influences from organized criminal elements. During WWII, Texarkana was a stop off point for soldiers who got off the train and visited brothels in the downtown area known as the sand flats.
