You will have to check the FEMA map service center to look. I will say that insurance has almost tripled for flood insurance over the last year or so.

https://msc.fema.gov/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/info?storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&content=floodZones&title=FEMA%2520Flood%2520Zone%2520Designations

I forgot to add that you can visit FEMA's site (above). The other answers you got were good too but if you didn't want to focus on Findlay and/or Ohio even, you can use this site. Once on that site there's explanation for how they identify areas. Look toward the top you can click on map. Then you can search anywhere you'd like. Or instead of searching by area, if you have a specific address, you can search by that as well. Thanks.

Hi Leonard & Tonya! I'm not sure if you have found a home or not OR whether or not you've already gotten prequalified for a mortgage (if you're not paying cash) for your purchase. I thought I might send you a quick note, see if I could offer you my services.

If you are interested in getting a prequalification or preapproval for purchase you could visit my website http://www.kimlawsonloanofficer.com or by giving me a call 888-659-3848.

Best to you in your search.
Thanks,

Most of the flooding in Findlay was in the downtown and south end.

You can try the City of Findlay website at

http://www.ci.findlay.oh.us/?id=27

There is quite a bit of info and maps on the website and information about recent flood revisions.
