Jamie, Pike County is a rather large area. "Land" is a very general term. Do you have land to sell, or are you looking to buy? How much? Where is it? Is it acreage, or a lot in a development? Is it improved (i.e, with a well & septic, or perc test, etc.)

Your question is similar to asking a butcher what the going price for beef is...*smile*

It depends on the area. Water fronts can be bought for 30k, buildable lots in Fawn Lake Community for 9k.
