The avg. price for a 10 acre parcel in Meherrin was 249900 - this was with a house on the property - there's no record of land selling for that small acreage. if you would like to look at the comp's let me know

It will really depend on the area and the lay of the land they start at that size for around 32,000. So of course you can up from there. If you go to Realtor.com you can look at the listings and search and find a buyers agent in the area that can help you with the transaction. I have attached the website at the bottom.
