It varies widely based on location, paved road vs. gravel road vs. easement access, amount ot acres, etc. 40 acres will sell for less per acre than 5 acres for instance. I can provide a range of listings that would match what you're looking for to establish a price range, or just visit my web page (below) and click on the search link and you'll be able to access everything that's on the market right now. Once you're on the search, click on the map on the left to select the Kalkasa area, and then select "Property Type" of Land/Lot on the right.

I'm not an expert for the area, but if you look under Member Search you should be able to find a local real estate professional. City will be on the right hand side.

In general, land value will vary by use, and the amount of wetlands within the property. If this is for hunting and not building the cost would be less, Trulia does not appear to offer vacant land. If you go to home search and near the bottom of the left hand column select the acreage you want a partial list of properties will appear.

A more comprehensive list can be found at http://taar.com the local area Multiple Listing Service public website.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask, I will try to either point you in the right direction or show you your options,
